    Our rolls were purchased in
    Washington, D.C. the first day they became available to the public.
    We affixed the 2009 Lincoln Commemorative Stamps depicting Abraham Lincoln as Rail Splitter, Lawyer, Politician or President along with a 3 cent Red, White and Blue Star or a 2 cent Indian Necklace Stamp to each
    HEADS
    and
    TAILS
    rolls.
    It costed 44 cents to send a first class letter at time of release.

    We bought these rolls at the US Mint in Washington D.C., then to Union Station
    Post Office and officially had the mail cancellation stamp with August 13, 2009
    transposed onto the roll proving these we the first day issues!
